Winter is leaving us, and that is why I will miss winter vegetables very much. But today I have made vegetable bhaji, where I have made bhaji with different types of vegetables. Today's recipe I have made only with winter vegetables.

●Cabbage

● Potato

● Carrot

●Coriander

●Onion

●Green Chilli

●Salt

●Turmeric Powder

● White Oil


The Process of receipe

🍜To prepare today's vegetables, first I chopped the vegetables into small pieces. Here I chopped cabbage, potatoes, carrots, and coriander leaves.

🍜Then I put a clean pan on the stove and add the chopped onion and green pepper. And fry it well with oil.
